Dear Students,

Let me congratulate you for making the best choice and selecting the most
contemporary education system in the world. You are now part of an
education revolution that has a proven record of triumph, success and
achievements. Virtual University has made world-class modern education
available to all. It is at the forefront of the global paradigm shift that
the world is witnessing; from conventional education systems to knowledge
based, information-rich learning environments. The teaching at VU will
equip you with skills that are the basis of information and communication
technologies, and will make you well-versed with the latest technology
trends in addition to your education, thereby, preparing you to embark upon
journeys beyond limitations. It will develop your competencies and attitude
and will make you a breed apart to compete on a international level. VU's
education is rigorous and demanding; I urge you all to come up to the
