Abu Hurairah Radi allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya jiski istitaat ho phir bhi wo Qurbani na karey to wo hamari Eidgaah ke qareeb bhi na aaye

{Sunan ibn Majah, Vol3, #4 (Hasan)}

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah radi allahu anhu that the Messenger of Allah said: Whoever can afford it but does not offer a sacrifice, let him not come near our prayer place.
