Dear Nayyar,

Your comment on the article ''It's my job to appeal, says Shane Shillingford'' is now displayed on timesofindia.com.

''BCCI to blame.

BCCI has refused to take the UDRS help, on the plea that during the 2011 ODI World Cup final at Mohali, between India and Pakistan, while Sachin Tendulkar was apparently out LBW, on a ball of Saeed Ajmal, the faulty UDRS, gave him NOT out.

As such, BCCI decided not to not take any help from this faulty system in future, till such time it was perfected to 100% accuracy.

However, if UDRS was in use of today's event, Sachin Tendulkar would never have been wrongly given out, due to the mistake of the umpire, as happened today at the Eden gardens.

Hard luck Sachin, this is the way the life is...

You win some you lose some..!''
