As received : Mashallah very nice.
I think for that we need spiritual strength more than muscular strength, and this spiritual strength is not available in any college or cannot buy from supermarket. It can be obtain from spiritual gathering
and relation with those people who fear Allah and focusing life after death. (Sohbat-e-Saleh). Of course good intension and Duaa are the basic tools to obtain that.
