My faith in Hadees:
What is Hadees? The Best Hadees is from Allah: (39:23) ٱللَّهُ نَزَّلَ أَحۡسَنَ ٱلۡحَدِيثِ
What is Hadees other than above? Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) does not speak of his own desire. He speaks what Allah desires : (53:4)
إِنۡ هُوَ إِلَّا وَحۡىٌ۬ يُوحَىٰ
What Allah desires? To perform Hajj for Allah is for those WHO CAN AFFORD (financially and physically): (3:97) وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ حِجُّ ٱلۡبَيۡتِ مَنِ ٱسۡتَطَاعَ إِلَيۡهِ سَبِيلاً۬ۚ
When Allah has permitted BADAL for FASTING i.e. those who are in journey or are sick, they can fast after they have finished journey or are free from sickness. Even Allah has permitted BADAL for those, who are too sick, they can feed one meal per one FAST o hungry.
BUT ALLAH HAS NEVER PERMITTED BADAL FOR HAJJ. HE IS SO RAHEEM AND RAHMAAN THAT HE HAS EXEMPTED FULLY TO THOSE, WHO CANNOT AFFORD TO PERFORM HAJJ: وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ حِجُّ ٱلۡبَيۡتِ مَنِ ٱسۡتَطَاعَ إِلَيۡهِ سَبِيلاً۬ۚ
So how Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) can challenge Allah's Order?????????????
These type of HAJJ-E-BADAL fabricated Hadees are SHAYTAN'S WORK TO MISGUIDE MIND-LESS PEOPLE LIKE ATTAIRS, QADRIS, NOORANIS, SIDDIQUIS ETC. That is why Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) has said:
Hadeese Rasool (S.A.W.):
"Ascribing false things to me is not like ascribing false things to anyone else. Whosoever tells a lie against me intentionally then surely let him occupy his seat in Hell-Fire."
(Narrated by Al-Mughira, Sahih Bukhari, Volume 2, Book 23, Number 378).
So misguided people like attaris etc. are busy in propagating what Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) has NOT said. Even there are people like attaris etc. who are also falsely attributing in the name of Allah, and therefore Allah has said in (2:79):
"Therefore woe be unto those who write the Scripture with their hands and then say, "This is from Allah," that they may purchase a small gain therewith. Woe unto them for that their hands have written, and woe unto them for that they earn thereby."
فَوَيۡلٌ۬ لِّلَّذِينَ يَكۡتُبُونَ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ بِأَيۡدِيہِمۡ ثُمَّ يَقُولُونَ هَـٰذَا مِنۡ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ لِيَشۡتَرُواْ بِهِۦ ثَمَنً۬ا قَلِيلاً۬ۖ فَوَيۡلٌ۬ لَّهُم مِّمَّا ڪَتَبَتۡ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ وَوَيۡلٌ۬ لَّهُم مِّمَّا يَكۡسِبُونَ
So mullah attari, on judgment day, when Allah will ask me why did not I accept fabricated so called Hadees of Hajj-e-Badal, I will tell:
"O Allah, You have said: إِنۡ هُوَ إِلَّا وَحۡىٌ۬ يُوحَىٰ
And O Allah, You have also said: عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ حِجُّ ٱلۡبَيۡتِ مَنِ ٱسۡتَطَاعَ إِلَيۡهِ سَبِيلاً۬ۚ
So O Allah, how can I believe fabricated Hadees NOT said by Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) and which is AGAINST YOUR ORDER?????????
Million Dollar Qurstion to mullah attari: Why Bukhari is SAHIH Bukhari, BUT Bayhiqi is not SAHIH? It means Bayhiqi is GHALAT or BAATIL !!!!!!!!
Another Million Dollar Qurstion to mullah attari: When there is SAHAH SITTAH, then why there is no GHALAT ASHARAAH? It means that other than SAHAH SITTAH, all are GHALAT, GHALAT and GHALAT.

For information please. We should all give importance to reading and understanding of Quran through its translation to avoid all misguidance, exploitation, deviations, extremism, excesses in rituals like Hajj Badal, Qurbani on Eid etc. Allah says none and not even our Prophet is authorized to change/amend or deviate from the Quran (10:15,64/18:27). Hence all man written Hadiths (not written by our Prophet) should only be accepted if they are in conformity with the Quran as they were subject to change and manipulation with the passage of time. This became a tool in the hands of exploiting Mullahs to confuse and deviate us. BE AWARE. Avoid misguidance.
The Imams of our Masajid generally with few exceptions deliberately conceal and do not project Allah's Directives on all religious matters and rituals and way of life, problems and solutions. Hence they are great sinners who mix truth with unauthentic and weak Hadiths etc. and adopt Islam as a money earning profession which is a Fi Sabil Illah work ( 2:41-42,159,174-175/6:90/16:95). Allah strictly prohibited our noble Prophet from adopting Islam as a livelihood (12:104/25:57). He worked hard to make a living and never depended on Chanda/Masjid money. Therefore we should follow only such Alims/Imams/scholars/Maulanas/Moulvis/ Ala Hazrat etc. who are on the right path of Allah according to Quran and free from money earning business on Islam and have adopted some other Halal profession (36:21). You have brought Hadees about Hajje Badal. Read the following Quranic Ayats:
مَنۡ عَمِلَ صَـٰلِحً۬ا فَلِنَفۡسِهِۦۖ وَمَنۡ أَسَآءَ فَعَلَيۡہَاۖ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمۡ تُرۡجَعُونَ

أَلَّا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ۬ وِزۡرَ أُخۡرَىٰ

Allah has never allowed something BADAL. All right or wrong deeds are on doers and he cannot transfer i.e. Badal to others. No one will share burden of others. Above two Ayats are clear.
Now bring some more Hadees re: Namaz-e Badal, Roza-e-Badal, Zakat-e-Badal, Eemaan-e-Badal. And then bring some Hadees on Biwi-e-Badal, Shohar-e-Badal etc. etc. etc.
For those, who blindly believe in all kinds of Hadees without authenticity and without knowing what Quran says:
More than 95% of Muslims have blind faith in Hadees - particularly Sahih Bukhari Hadees book. Like Quran, Hadees is not divine book, but written by human being, more than 100 years after death of Holy Prophet (SAW). I, myself, have read original Hadees - in Arabic and Urdu in Sahih Bukhari 3 Volumes with me, and noted down Hadees insulting Holy Prophet (SAW)..
Quran is LA RAYBA FIHE i.e. There is no doubt that it is Allah's Book, 100% Huq and free from changes done in. Hadees are categorized as WEAK, DOUBTFUL, SHAKY, FALSE, REJETED, BASELESS, FORGED, FABRICATED etc. etc. That is why collectors of Hadees, including Bukhari collected thousands and thousands of Hadees, but accepted around 5 to 6 thousands Hadees only, which is his Hadees book, and being a human being, not all in his book are correct. QURBANI BY NON-HAJIS IS ALSO ONE OF THE RITUAL OUT OF HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF RITUALS FOLLOWED BY BLIND FAITH MUSLIMS, WHO DO NOT KNOW ARABIC LANGUAGE AND THEY BLINDLY FOLLOW WHAT THEIR ANCESTORS WERE DOING OR WHAT MULLAHS SAY. IN THIS 21ST CENTURY, MASJIDS ARE PLACES WHERE MUSLIMS ARE MISGUIDED BY MULLAHS IN THE NAME ISLAM AND FOR THE SAKE OF THEIR 'ROZI ROTI.'
NO WHERE IN QURAN, IT IS MENTIONED THAT QURBANI, ON THE OCCASION OF EID-AL-AD'HA IS WAJIB ON ALL MUSLIMS.
Allah has given us human being wisdom and sense to distinguish between Huq and Bateel. Those Hadees which clearly contravenes Quranic Orders, are not Hadees, but fabricated stories.

والحديث الذي أشار إليه النووي رحمه الله وذكر أن بعض المالكية حكم عليه بالاضطراب هو:
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : بَيْنَا أَنَا جَالِسٌ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذْ أَتَتْهُ امْرَأَةٌ فَقَالَتْ : إِنِّي تَصَدَّقْتُ عَلَى أُمِّي بِجَارِيَةٍ وَإِنَّهَا مَاتَتْ فَقَالَ : وَجَبَ أَجْرُكِ ، وَرَدَّهَا عَلَيْكِ الْمِيرَاثُ ، قَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنَّهُ كَانَ عَلَيْهَا صَوْمُ شَهْرٍ أَفَأَصُومُ عَنْهَا ؟ قَالَ : صُومِي عَنْهَا ، قَالَتْ : إِنَّهَا لَمْ تَحُجَّ قَطُّ أَفَأَحُجُّ عَنْهَا ؟ قَالَ : حُجِّي عَنْهَا . رواه مسلم ( 1149 ) .
وقال الحافظ ابن حجر رحمه الله :
"واتفق من أجاز النيابة في الحج على أنها لا تجزى في الفرض إلا عن موت أو عضَب – أي : شلل - ، فلا يدخل المريض ؛ لأنه يرجى برؤه ، ولا المجنون ؛ لأنه ترجى إفاقته ، ولا المحبوس ؛ لأنه يرجى خلاصه ، ولا الفقير ؛ لأنه يمكن استغناؤه" انتهى .
" فتح الباري " ( 4 / 70 ) .

عن ابن عَبَّاسٍ ( أَنَّ النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : سمع رَجُلًا يقول لَبَّيْكَ عن شُبْرُمَةَ . قال : من شُبْرُمَةُ ؟ قال : أَخٌ لي أو قَرِيبٌ لي . قال : حَجَجْتَ عن نَفْسِكَ ؟ قال لَا . قال : حُجَّ عن نَفْسِكَ ثُمَّ حُجَّ عن شُبْرُمَةَ ) (1).

Please read the important submission by a non-commercial sincere Alim, Qasim Abbas below on Hajj Badal. Due to lack of Quranic knowledge, there is rise in all sort of deviations among our Ajamis as we generally read Quran and do 'Tilawath', Qirath/recitation and Hifz of Quran without understanding. Thus what our Ulemas preach and say mostly relying on weak and unauthentic Hadiths mixed with sectarian and Maslak/Fiqah differences, sayings of various saints/Caliphs, stories, traditions, tales, personal research etc. is accepted as Islam resulting in various forms of exploitation, deviations, extremism, excesses in rituals, division of our society on sectarian, Maslaki and Fiqah basis, promotion of cults, rise in Shirk and Bidah, un Islamic customs and practices, rule of Pirs, Faqirs and demi Gods etc. PLEASE REMEMBER TILAWATH IN ARABIC MEANS FOLLOWING AND PRACTICING THE GUIDANCE OF ALLAH AND NOT SIMPLY READING OR RECITATION OF QURAN AS NO USEFUL PURPOSE IS SERVED WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING IT.
Today due to lack of Quranic knowledge, we are more divided on religious issues than being united in the name of Islam so much so our Masajid are also divided. There is rise in building of more and more Masajid and Madreessahs as Islam has been confined to so called five pillars not at all supported or mentioned as such in Quran or authentic Hadiths. How can the whole Guidance by Allah on various matters of life be cornered to so called five pillars except for selfish interests. Due to cornering Islam to so called five pillars and not giving importance to the other Directives/guidance on way of life, our Muslims have gone astray in other matters of life. Our Ajamis are indulging in more un Islamic customs and practices, Shirk, Bidah and following Pirs, Faqirs, Demi Gods, Taghoots and their deviations, misguidance, exploitations, falsehood etc. There are lot of Islamic parties, groups, associations with scores of religious leaders/Ulema who do not pray behind each other due to personal, cult and sectarian/Maslak differences and can not merge into one another for the sake of Glory of Islam.

One of the great deviations practiced is Hajj Badal. Many commercial Alims with the connivance of travel agencies have started this business to make money. The Masajid Imams never throw light on such deviations and other Shirk, Bidah and un Islamic customs and practices prevalent in our society deliberately. Lot of Pirs, Babas, Tawaiz, Ganday, black magicians, special Dua makers etc. openly publish their Ads. in newspapers to fool the masses that they can even win lottery for them etc. but sadly our Desi Masjid Imams who are 'HUD HARAM'/KAHIL and KAM CHORE never speak on such subjects and on other matters of life to guide us properly according to Quran. Our Prophet never earned money for Imamath, teaching of Quran and preaching of Islam as this was totally prohibited by Allah being a Fi Sabil Illah work (6:90/12:104/16:95/25:57). He worked hard to make a living. We should all follow this noble example and avoid commercial Mullahs.
Our commercial Alims/Imams want us to remain under their 'religious control' to exploit us to make money and bow before them in respect etc. and that is why they don't project the true Guidance of Allah in all matters of life. They conceal the Quranic Guidance instead of projecting it and mix it with weak and unauthentic Hadiths, stories, tales, sayings, traditions and Arabic history etc. to confuse and deviate us and earn money by adopting Islam as a money earning profession which is a great sin and they will go to HELL (2:41-42,159, 174-175/6:90/9:34/16:95). They know that nobody will challenge them because we lack Quranic knowledge. Some exploiters are also preaching Badal Namaz to make money. Allah specifically directs us to follow only such persons, Alims, Imams, scholars, Moulvis who are on the Right Path of Allah and who never ask for payment or earn wages by adopting Islam as a money making livelihood (36:21). This is a Fi Sabil Illah work and not a full time job to make money.
Those who differ with the Quranic Guidance by giving importance to weak and unauthentic Hadith, tales, stories, sayings, traditions etc. not in conformity with the Quran will go to HELL (2:176/40:4). Allah says that HE listens and responds directly to every human being and his DUA (2:186/40:60) and there is no need of WASILA/middleman/Imam to make DUA for us as he himself need Blessings from Allah like us. Just read the Quranic translation to know facts about Islam to avoid misguidance and exploitation.
HAJJ AND QURBANI:
Hajj is Farz once in a life time subject to affordability (3:96-97). There is no concept of a free Hajj or performing Hajj Badal for some one else (DEAD OR ALIVE). Allah says that persons dead or alive are not equal and the dead lying in the graves can listen nothing (27:80/35:22). Allah further directs 'None can bear the burden of another person (17:15/35:18)'. Quran clearly say that Qurbani is attached with Hajj performance only and those who can not afford to do Qurbani, they should fast for ten days-three days during Hajj and the rest 7 days after reaching their homes. Please read: 2:196/22:27-37. But due lack of Quranic knowledge and exploitation of Islam, there is rise in Qurbani by those not performing Hajj which is not practiced in Saudi Arabia. Such excesses are practiced in the name of Sunnath Ibrahimi. This has no connection with Hajj as this event took place some 6000 years ago before Quran was bestowed as a complete Deen on our Prophet (5:3). The Sunnath Ibrahimi event is mentioned in a separate Surah Al Sifah: (37:102-108 ).
Therefore please read Quranic translation in your own language again and again to understand Islam so as to avoid all misguidance, exploitation, extremism, excesses in rituals, deviations, money making business by commercial Mullahs, falsely promising Jannah to Masjid donors etc. We should all know that every one of us including Alims, Imams, big Maulanas, Aala Hazrath, Shiekul Islam, Al Hajjis, scholars, Pirs, Faqirs etc. are all equal before Allah and all are directly accountable individually to Allah for their deeds and misdeeds and none can play the role of a middle man, Wasila, special Dua Maker, Mazars of saints, recommendation of any Pir etc. Please also read my earlier submission dated Aug. 2, 2013 with Quranic references below. Astaghferullah, Nauzobilah, These businessmen, cashing Allah and Hajj, wanted to make money by hooks and crooks, and now they are selling Allah, Hajj, Namaaz, Roza and so many things for the sake of filling their bellies.
Holy Quran is very very clear about on whom Hajj is FARZ. Those, who cannot afford Hajj – financially and physically, they are exempt from performing Hajj, so no question arises for so called Hajj-e-Badal. The business people selling Allah and Hajj only wanted to fill their bellies with money by attracting people for DELUXE HAJJ, SUPER HAJJ, GOLDEN HAJJ, SILVER HAJJ, V.I.P. HAJJ etc. against money. More Mafia people go for Hajj, more money for Mafia Hajj business people.
Shame on these Mafia Hajj business people.

The Quran gives many details about Hajj. Nowhere it says, if you can't go send someone else instead. As for owing and repaying a monetary debt (as described in a "reported" saying below) that involves human rights.

The Hadiths were never written by our Prophet himself to be termed authentic. These were written by various Imams after more than 100 years after the death of our Prophet and thereafter they were subject to manipulations with the passage of time so much so we search for SAHIH HADITH which clearly means that there are fabricated Hadiths also. Had the Hadiths been written in his life time, then there would be no question of any doubt or un authenticity. Hence the only alternative is to judge each and every of such Hadiths whether they are in conformity with the Quran or not. Because Allah has clearly ordered that none and not even our Prophet is authorized to change or amend the Word of God/Quran (10:15,64/18:27).Every human being including the Ulemas, Mullahs, priests, scholars, Maulanas, Moulvis, Imams etc. are directly accountable before Allah alone for their deeds and misdeeds and do not require any recommendation or Badal Dua from any one which will never be entertained by Allah as it is Shirk. Make DUA directly to Allah, your Creator and not through any Mullah/Imam..........These Badal Hajjis who are exploiters and deviators to earn money should make TAUBA before Allah as all are equal before Allah......... Allah says 'No bearer of any burden can bear the burden of another person (17:15/35:18).. ..... Islam is an easy Deen (27:1-2) with no compulsion or force (2:256/22:78).. ..... Don't create differences/amendments in Quran otherwise such persons will go to Hell (2:176)....... Allah's Message is not challengeable (33:62)....... Hajj is Farz personally on those who can afford it once in a life time (3:96-97).If a man is extremely sick, disabled and unable to perform the Hajj, Allah the Almighty sees every thing and can also excuse him due to his sincere wish and devotion to Allah. Such person should perform good deeds ( 3:114,115/7:56/10:26/12:56/16:128/23:61) to earn the Blessings and Reward from Allah (2:110/10:26/16:30/18:30-31/27:89/28:84/55:60/73:20/99:7).......Earning money or adopting Islam as a money earning profession is totally prohibited by Allah even to our Prophet (2:41,159,174-175/9:34/6:90/12:104/16:95/25:57) as this is a Fi Sabil Illah work to earn the Pleasure of Allah.Such Alims/Imams/Maulanas/Moulvis/scholars/Mullahs/Quranic teacheres etc. who have adopted Islam as a money earning profession should adopt some other job to earn HALAL income. The Imams/Quranic teachers should adopt work like repair, cleaning and maintenance of Masjid etc. to make their income Halal. Avoid being HUD HARAM as our Prophet never earned money in the Tabligh of Islam and Imamath of the Masjid. He worked hard to make a living. All Ajmi Muslims are therefore requested in the name of Allah to avoid misguidance and religious exploitation by the professional Mullahs/Alims/Imams to deviate you from Allah's Right Path on the basis of weak and unauthentic Hadiths and read the easy translation of Quran to understand Islam as the Quran was not bestowed for simply Tilawath/Hifz only without understanding. Tilawath in Arabic means to follow and practice the Guidance of Allah and not simply reading. There is no concept of Hifz of Quran as it was bestowed for reading, understanding and following all the Muhikhmath in Quran (3:7) to earn the Blessings of Allah. Avoid all misguidance and exploitation by commercial and deviated Mullahs.......Allah asks you to use your brain to understand Islam instead of remaining deaf and dumb (8:22) and following deviators and exploiters......Allah ask us to follow HIM and the Prophet only (8:20,46) and not the endless tales, stories, sayings, traditions, weak and unauthentic Hadiths etc. exploited by our Mullahs to create deviations, confusion, extremism, sectarianism, Maslaki differences, cults, groups, parties, Pirs, Faqirs, Demi Gods, Taghoot's misguidance, practice of Shirk and Bidah, un Islamic customs and practices so much so our Muslims are also divided along with our Masajid instead of remaining united.Thanks. Saum and Salaat and also Hajj are part of five basic pillars of Islam. Fidya for Saum is clearly mentioned in Holy Quran in 2:184. No Fidya is mentioned in Holy Quran for Salaat and Hajj. The apparent reason for Fidya for Saum is duly mentioned in 2:184.
Allah has no shortage of Words/Ayats/Mohkemaat. It means no Salaat-e-Badal and no Hajj-e-Badal, as per Holy Quran. Kanz ul Ummal is not equivalent or supplement or appendix to Holy Quran and also it is not Hadees Book. Authentic Hadees Books are Sahah Sittah i.e. Six Correct and these are Sahih Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmizi, Nissaee, Abu Dawood and Ibne Majah.
Can any one quote any Authentic Hadees with proper reference re: Fidya for Salaat???
