I remember the time of 1980 era when I used to cover different events with my PTV camera among other senior journalists like Anwaar Feroze, Ikram Sahib, Aftab Ahmad, Zahid Malik, Farooq Aqdas, Hafiz Tahir Khalil, Shhid Butt and many many others. They all were my teachers in the field of journalism though I was a video journalist. With the span of time, new generation gripped the field of journalism. Anwaar Feroz was an honest and committed journalist. I used to meet him before or after event and later his sons when they entered in the field of journalism and a time came when he left his field work and now he left all of us. May Almighty Allah grant peace to his soul and Sabar to his family.
